Breathtaking views and cozy charm
Waking up to the majestic Alps from my balcony was unforgettable. The warm atmosphere, competent staff, and varied breakfast offerings made my stay delightful and memorable.
Navigating the steep roads to the hotel was a bit tricky, especially in winter, which made parking limited. The dining service had a few hiccups, but overall, the experience was enjoyable.

stunning alpine views, unique outdoor lounge experiences, responsive spa services
The paths to access the hotel are steep and narrow, making it a hassle for luggage handling!!! The limited dining options in the vicinity could use a serious upgrade for travelers seeking variety!!! Long wait times to connect to Wi-Fi add to the frustration!!!

Family-friendly mountain retreat
We stayed 2 nights in a lovely corner twin room that offered a great view! The breakfast was good, very varied, one of the best I've had, and our kids really enjoyed the puzzles by the fireplace.
It wasn't inexpensive but was still acceptable.

We had a wonderful time using this hotel as our base for exploring Leysin. The complementary Wi-Fi and ski storage were super handy for our family of seven kids! We loved the excellent breakfast buffet, and the amazing views made it all the better.
For dads, it would be great if there were more activities for kids.
